Brad May should have had a goal in this game. The ref absolutely blew the call. The puck was in the net, and 3 seconds later the ref blew the play dead. He ruled that since he intended to blow the whistle, the goal did not count. The only problem with this logic… is that the ref would have had to intended to blow the whistle as the puck left May’s stick. Absolutely pathetic. That is NBA-esque officiating.
